I need help writing a good thesis. My research paper is about gay adoption. I am a supporter of this topic. Here is my intro:

Here is what I have so far for an Intro..

There are thousand os children in the world who are waiting to be adopted. Right now there is a shortage of couples that are willing to adopt. However, there are gay couples that want to help reduce the shortage but face barriers. Most conservatives and lawmakers are against gay adoption. Some states have laws that prevent them from adopting and that is bigotry Just because homosexuals choose a certain lifestyle doesn't mean they can't be good parents. As long as a couple can provide a safe home, they should not be denied.

How can I form a good thesis from this Intro?

Thanks in advance Smile [:)]

Hi Toosmiley,

It is really hard to write a thesis from this introduction because you can't find enough information for supporting gay adoption in the media. Moreover, your thesis may fizzle out if the situation that a child needs a mother as a physical being is stated.
