This, your post, is interesting is okay if you mean to use "your post" to show what "This" is referring to.

This/that/these/those + a possessive pronoun or a possessive adjective, as some people call them, is wrong. Instead, say:

This post of yours is interesting. That post of yours was interesting. These posts of yours are interesting. Those posts of yours were interesting.
