I found a problem with putting (to) after (send)
So please tell me what the right sentence is:
-Please send to me an email about …………..
(OR)
-Please send me an email about…………….

[1] Please send an email to me about …………..
[2] Please send me an email about…………….
I think [2] is better when "email" is followed by "about".

"send me" is like "tell me" and many others. We don't put "to" all by itself in between. If the thing sent is mentioned immediately after "send", however, then you add "to", like this:
"Send me the package." Not, "Send to me the package."
"Send the package to me." Not, "Send the package me."
Hope that helps.
