Martian:  After knowing what it's like to truly feel powerful, to have the ability to change fate,
it's hard to admit when you can't do it alone.
Oliver:    I guess going solo has really caught up with us lately, huh?

What did Oliver mean?

It sounds like there's some missing context that might explain the scenario.

For example, it sounds like the two of the together had powers which exceeded the sum of their separate powers.  They had perhaps decided to split up and go their separate ways, for some reason, thinking they would be better off going solo.

Perhaps this idea worked out for awhile, but they are beginning to realize how much they miss the power they had working as a team.
