2-This bill is yours to pay.

3-This apple is to eat.
4-This room is to sleep in.

5-This book is to read on a train.

2-You are correct, but this sentence is rarely used.

3-This apple is for eating.
4-This room is for sleeping in.

5-This book is great for long trips.
