Today is the day before Tu's wedding. Tu is my co-class friend in high school. Now it's raining very much cause No.5 storm in Middle Vietnam. Pray God the rain will stop tomorrow and good happiness to the couple.

Surely it should be Central Vietnam rather than Middle Vietnam.

No.5 is the name of storm. In Vietnam, storms is numbered in a year. This is 5th storm takes place in this year.
