The correct form of the verb in this sentence is...
"Attached are two pictures took (NOT taken?) at the the park."
To use the past participle, one NEEDs a auxilary verb?

This is correct:
Attached are two pictures taken at the park
.
In some cases, like this one, the auxiliary is not needed.
Taken at the park
is a nonfinite clause-- the auxiliary has been omitted:
Attached are two pictures [that were] taken at the park
.
