When trouble comes, my heart burdened be.

Is this grammatically correct ?

Why is there "be" after "burdened"?

Isn't it suppose to be "When trouble comes, my heart is burdened."?

This is not a complete sentence, and you have probably copied it wrong.  Let's suppose that the sentence continues as shown below.
When trouble comes and my heart burdened be, I go out for pizza and beer.

It is an inverted form of this.
When trouble comes and my heart be burdened, I go out for pizza and beer.

And this is very old English.  In modern English it would be this.
When trouble comes and my heart is burdened, I go out for pizza and beer.
