Could you please teach me the difference of them?
I'm confused how to use them.
Especially; turn to / turn into
Thanks for your help in advance.

eg. I turn to a native speaker for help. ( It means go to )
eg. He turned into a talkative person when he met his old friend. ( It means to change into another state of being )

Thanks for your help.
Can I ask a little more about this?
"His anger turned to sandness."
Can I use "into" here instead of "to" ? Or, will it cause any problems if I use "into" here?
e.g. His anger turned into sadness.

Not ' can you use ', you should use

Have you heard about the magician who waved his magic wand at a motor car and it turned into a side street?
