Are there any grammatical mistakes in the following two setences? Thanks for your help.



The result shows that nationwide the percentage of cities with their urban environment quality above level two has increased 12.6%, while those below level three has decreased 9.9%.


The number of cities which has met the Urban Drinking Water Source Quality Standard has increased 0.95% from the year before.

I think it shold go like this:

The result shows that, nationwide, the percentage of cities with their urban environment quality above level two has increased by 12.6%, while that of those below level three has decreased by 9.9%.
