Okay, let's talk about this.

What do you need?

Businesses write many sorts of letters.

  • They write letters proposing their services.
  • They write letters providing information about their company in response to a query.
  • They write letters responding to people who ask for charitable donations.
  • They write letters to their customers explaining changes in policies.
  • They write letters to their customers to let them know they are overdue in their payments.
  • They write letters to the editor of publications.
  • They write letters asking for quoatations for goods or services from other vendors.
  • They write letters of appreciation to their own employees.
  • They write holiday messages to their employees and their customers.

Those are just a few. Like any other piece of communication, you need to know who will receive it and what do you want the person receiving it to do with the information you provide. It doesn't matter if it's block, indented, semi-block, or whatever. The message is what's important.

So what do you need?
