Hi Anon

You could start here for some examples and further links:

Or just do a Google search for "business letters":

How lovely for you. Do you want to know what I need?

I need people to READ the freaking posts already in a thread before they post their demands at the end.

I need people who realize we're volunteers, and not their slaves to be ordered about.

I need people who recgonize the bare essentials of Internet protocol and DON'T SHOUT AT US.

So read the damn posts above yours and if you have further questions, then perhaps you could rephrase your REQUEST with a modicum of politeness and maybe, just MAYBE, YOU WILL GET AN ANSWER!

Hello Anon,

Will the person receiving this letter know in which way they were "abnormal"?

Usually I would expect to read what was wrong with them - they were 10% too high, they contained charges for things not delivered, or some sort of explanation other than simply saying they were "abnormal."

Kindly consider nominal charges for September 2008: I also don't know what this means. What do you want the person to do? What are nominal charges?
