I have purchased some of Jim Morrisons books and poetry.

The American Night- The Lords And The New Creatures

I'm having a hard time understanding the meaning to his poetry and the stories he is trying to tell.

I want to learn more of who he was. Can someone please help me?

I dont know if posting any of his work, is a violation of copyright laws.

It wouldn't be a violation to post a few lines at at time and ask for help. I don't know how much help you'll get though - he was a pretty weird guy and I doubt I could interpret much of what he wrote.

Barbara, who answers in American English. My housekeeping skills attest to the truth of the second law of thermodynamics: Left to themselves, things get more and more random!
