hello

I would like to know if   I  could understand spoken english(supposing movies) without speaking english

is it possible and if someone here understand spoken english without having spoken english

Yes, it's possible. I hardly ever (ok, let's say never), practice spoken English, but I can understand (not always though).

But you can't understand spoken English if you have no idea how you should speak it... You have to know the sounds and how to pronounce words. However, as I told you, it is not mandatory to practice spoken English in order to understand...

How much time do you spend in listening?and what ways?

Not much, really. I should listen much more.
I listen to the radio... radio stations avilable on the net. It could be some radio station in California, some kind of public radio, etc.
I sometimes watch some videos on Youtube, some animated cartoons or sitcoms, etc.
