The sentences are:

We send you the notice 10 days before the file deletion.

The notice is sent to you 10 days before the deleting of the file.

Which one is correct? Also, shall I use "deletion" or "deleting" in this type of construction? Thanks.

We sent you the notice 10 days before the file was deleted/before file deletion/deleting the file.

The notice was sent to you 10 days before the file was deleted/before we deleted the file.

We send you the notice ten days before deleting the file.  (Present habitual practice)
We sent you the notice ten days before deleting the file.  (Past action.)
We will send you the notice ten days before deleting the file.  (Future action.)

You may substitute before we delete the file for before deleting the file, but don't use the deleting of the file!

Both are correct if you mean "we normally/usually send". I'd use "deletion" in both.
