Sir I think I should discuss the details because maybe you are not aware of the starting discussions.

First of all we started work on this data center in august 2008 and still we can't make the data center layout. We IT visited the data center on that date and saw the pathetic data center in our company history. Please note down my points.

1) Our ABC office administration can't discuss the data center layout with IT before making.
2) They didn't consider any standard requirements of DC for example:

Power
Network infrastructure
HVAC/Cooling
Environmental control
Fire detection and separation system
Security
Lighting
ceiling & raised flooring

3) We IT forwarded the DC standards document to abc administration.
4) Now on that moment they insists to utilize existing Air conditioners. But we were consider the company investment and agreed with the old AC's, and ask to admin to maintain DC temperature 16 to 17 degrees.
5) If we calculating the AC's investment it is much higher with our recommendations.
6) We compromises with fall ceiling, because just of height constraints, otherwise I have never seen the data center without fall ceiling.

If they slightly consider the above recommendations, however we can't facing the a lot issues in networking/power/AC's placements.

It is better to close these issues ASAP."

Thanks in advance.

I find this quite difficult to figure out.  It might help if you advised who you were writing to (or more correctly "to whom you were writing").

“We IT visited the data center on that date and saw the pathetic data center in our company history.”

If IT visited the data centre, how does that fit with seeing it in "our company history"? These being all in the one sentence.

I would not use "pathetic", it is too strong a word if you are looking for a way to solve the problems.   But again, I don't know who you  are writing too, ie how they fit into the hierarchy of this.

So will leave it at that for now.
