I need help for my motivation letter for a masters degree.. I already read nadine's letter, which is really good!I tried to customize it and hope to get some help from you guys.

Dear Sir / Madame:

I am writing to apply for the Masters Double Degree in International Management.

I will graduate this summer in science of communication and economics at the University of ***. My degree focuses on the economic aspects of the media. I also took several courses in economics (accounting, reporting, finance, marketing and management).

International Management would be interesting to study because of globalization. The only way for a company to increase their profitability is expanding abroad. This does not mean to open industries in other countries, but evaluate where it would be lucrative. Other important issues are how to structure a firm and how to motivate people. This course provides the students with all these elements thanks to courses like Selected topics in Marketing, Organization, Seminar on collaborative competences, Corporate strategy and many more.

During my studies I always worked for being independent. This need for independence led me to important work experiences such as in Credit Suisse as Junior Process Specialist and in UBS as Project Manager in Event Marketing. These jobs not only gave me practical experience, they gave me the opportunity to grow up. Study in *** puts me in front of some difficulties such as looking for a room, make new friends and so on. Therefore it’s not easy to study abroad. I racked my brain and came to the end that such an experience could only do good. It could give me the opportunities not to only to gain knowledge, but also to open my mind and collect new experiences

I also had the possibility to speak with an undergraduate student in Economics (Nicola Pierri) and a graduate student in Finance (Raffaele Terrone), who both answered my questions from a student’s point of view. This inspired me to apply for the University ****i.

With a solid foundation in management gained through this Masters Degree programme, I am confident that I will have the skills, knowledge, experience and contacts which enables me to pursue a career as a manager of an international active company.
