;

I am just reading a popular magazine which is noted for accuracy in all things.  One sentence puzzles me and it is as follows:
<quote> Asking a question like that is somewhat similar to asking abour a bird, Which of its two wings is more important? <end quote>
I would appreciate a comment on the capital "W" following the comma.
Does the comma here suggest or imply that the following (question without quotes) is a separate sentence?

Thank you.

 Welcome to the Forum!

I think that it is a simple typographical error and should have been a full stop (period). Sometimes these are hard to catch!
