Hi,

In the sentence:

The content history of abc and xyz is shown in Figures 2 and 3.

Is the usage 'is' and 'Figures'correct or should it be :

The convergence history of abc and xyz are shown in Figures 2 and 3.

I don't know what "content history" is, but you are talking about history in your sentences. "History" is a singular noun; it can be replaced by the pronoun "it". So the corresponding form of the verb "to be" (in the present) is "is":

"The content/convergent history of abc and xyz is shown in Figures 1 and 2."
