I am trying to help a friend who is translating something from urdu to English but his grammar is a little weak. he wrote,

"Never forget
Heaven nor earth"

I want to say it's incorrect because of double negative. I would like to suggest, either

"Forget neither heaven nor earth"

or

"Never forget heaven or earth"

The first sounds better to me. Am I right? is his incorrect?

His is incorrect. What you suggest is probably the more common of the two alternatives, and being a native speaker you therefore find it better. I'm a nonnative speaker and see no reason to prefer one to the other.
