Is it right to say A: I am very angry about you. B: Why? what I have done to you?

A. I think, you would say, "I am angry with you."
B. That is correct, but you could also say, "Why? What did I do to you?"

What is the difference between these two sentences?

1. I am angry at you

2. I am angry with you.
