Which is the correct use for speak?

Her uncle prefers that she speaks with him personally.

Her uncle prefers that she speak with him personally.

I think this is subjunctive mood, which happens to be "she speak" for third person singular.  In indicative mood, it's "she speaks," as in "Her uncle likes it better when she speaks with him personally."
