1. Present Simple
You are asked to reply immediately.

2. Past Simple
He was asked to be quiet.

3. Present Progressive
You are being asked to listen carefully.

4. Past Progressive
You were being asked a question.

5. Future "will" & "going to"
You will be asked a question tomorrow.
You are going to be asked a question tomorrow.

6. Present Perfect
You have been asked that question many times.

7. Past Perfect
You had been asked before.

8. Future Perfect:
You will have been asked many times.

Passive voice in the perfect progressive tenses and in the future progressive tense sounds very awkward and thus isn't used in those tenses. For example:
The question has been being asked for 30 minutes. (Present Perfect Progressive)
