I want to know are the both sentences giving the same meaning & are those gramttically correct.
(1) HR department received the letter from Accounts department.
(2) The letter has received to HR department from Accounts department.

I think the 2 sentence is not correct.

I wonder if ' The letter arrives at the HR department from the Accounting department ' is correct ?
