It's a vocab question..like, what is the correct or may be one word (vocab)to describe "to show one's tongue", or some people say "take one's tongue out", "stick out tongue" whatever!... this is a common gesture that people do sometimes to annoy others or may be when they themselves are annoyed like this one .
