1) I was graudated in Oxford University in 1981

1) I was graduated from/at Oxford University in 1981
2) I graduated from/at Oxford University in 1981
Formerly the 1st one was formal statement but now most people use the 2nd one.
Some Americans seem to speak also "I graduated Oxford University in 1981."
