Hi!
Can you tell me, please, what is watercress stem : is it the hard part of watercress (white part) or are they perhaps simply, leaves (the green part)?

Well, a stem is a stem, but I wonder what you could do with just the stems! They're so small... So it could refer to the whole of it: stem + leaves.
