Do you regard it as a question? Maybe you misunderstand my sentence.

Hi guys,

We are all aware.   We all are aware.   All of us are aware.

I'd just like to add a comment. Emphasis depends on many things, including tone of voice, body language, etc. However, word order also plays a role. As the word 'all' moves towards the front of the sentence, I see it as gaining more emphasis.

Best wishes, Clive

Why don't you use a polite form when "asking" posters to spell correctly?
