You mean like "czar", which is pronounced /za:/ ?

Also, all the words derived from "psyche" and, actually, most of the words starting in"ps".
Some words starting in "pt", like "Ptolem".
Words starting in "gn" such as "gnash".

There may be others that I forget now.

that's close, but im looking for something where the second letter is silent like (this isnt a word, its just an false example) "Pash"- now pretend the P was silent. and that the word was pronounced "ash". Im trying to see if their is any words like that
1st letter= silent consonant
2nd letter= vowel

The only words I can think of are "heir", "hour", "honour", "honest", and their derivatives. In them, the "h" is silent.

Hope it helps.

Don't forget "herb"!

The h is silent in that word, although I understand this is a phenomenon almost completely isolated to American English and doesn't occur in British English nor Australian English where the h is actually pronounced (how weird!). :-p

Another word is "gnat" (silent g).

Also, a branch of the animal kingdom "cnydaria" which includes jellyfish, sea anemones, and the like, begins with a silent "c" so it's pronounced as "nigh-dar-ee-uh".

Heh, hope this has all helped!
