Hi,I wanna say I had coffeemaking traineeship few years ago. (not now)
Then, which one is correct to write between 'be in training' and 'well-trained'?
Tom is/was in training. The process of training is/was happening.
Tom is trained. The process is complete.
Tom is well-trained. The process is complete and was very successful.
Would you like to try to say what you mean, now?
Best wishes, Clive
