Jimmy and Max are brothers.

J: Why do I let you get me into messes like this?

M: Because we're brothers.

J: I know. We're stuck with each other.

I'm not sure if I could say stuck to each other instead. If not, why not? Thanks.

Hi Angliholic

No, you would use to in cases like this:
No stamp will stick to this envelope.
Stick to suggests attanchment or adhesion.

If you are unable to get rid of someone or something, stuck with is correct.
