Hello, CT.

You need to be more careful typing or check your grammar.  The sentences should read:

I borrowed his book -- It's his, and I will use it

He borrowed my book -- It's mine, and he will use it

He lent me his book -- It's his, and I will use it

I lent him my book -- It's mine, and he will use it

My book was borrowed by him -- It's mine, and he will use it

His book was borrowed by me -- It's his, and I will use it

Now, what vocabulary are you seeking?

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

Basically, we lend something to someone and borrow something from someone.

The program director of a trip that I just returned from used 'lend' when I would have used 'borrow'.  He is from Wales, so that may be common there.
