I wonder how people call this kind of car....

It is designed for saving gasoline and help reduce the pollution the general cars would make. I know you may tell me it's a hybrid car, but this is not what I need. I just want to know if it goes by the name like "energy-saving car", "less-pollution car" or something like that. Please advise.

energy-saving car => fuel-efficient car

less-pollution => electric, battery-operated, or environmental friendly car
