Hi,

In  prisonbreak one, brad had a conversation with tweener,   he said  'have at him'

what is  'have at him' meaning?

It means 'Go ahead and attack him', either literally or figuratively.

In other contexts, you can say things like ''Have at the problem', meaning 'Go ahead and try to solve or deal with the problem'.

Best wishes, Clive.
