Could anyone help me out with the meaning of this sentence. Is the highlighted part referring to the shareholders/owners/members of the company?

The names and addresses of the directors and secretary of the said company and of the persons in accordance with those directions or instructions the directors thereof accustomed to act are as follows:

My best guess: owners or stockholders

I'm not a lawyer, though.

Something has gone horribly wrong with the drafting of the above. In context it may be possible to make sense of it, but out of context the highlighted words make little sense.

I suspect what is meant is something like:

The names and addresses of the directors and secretary of the said company and of the persons who may exercise the powers of directors in accordance with the above provisions are as follows:
