What does the word "oht" mean in the following context ?

Don't expect the traditional client-supplier relationship - they are also feeling the crisis and will be wary of new projects. Consider building a partnership arrangement where both sides share the effects of cost, resources and design. During financial uncertainty, management will be looking for projects that can deliver a return within six to 12 oht.

Thank you!!!

That looks like some sort of weird typo to me, Xin Yan. The context suggests that the author may have actually intended to write "months" (or the abbreviation for "months", which would be "mos".)

Perhaps it is an abbreviation that he likes to use, but which is not commonly used by most other people.

Whatever he intended, "oht" seems to refer to time.
