  And he accused me of being a spoiled *** who's only in love with his skin color.

  which is surprisingly insightful for someone who's stoned 24hours a day.

stoned means drunk??

A long time ago (in the 60s) stoned also meant "drunk". This is from a live Frank Sinatra recording:

"Dean Martin's a drunk. I can attest to that. He's been stoned more often than the United States' embassies."

In those days it wasn't uncommon for people to throw stones at US embassies in countries where US policies weren't liked.
