1. What does this mean?

Walk over the pedestrian overpass.

2. Can you improve on the following sentences? (Is this question stated correctly?) Maybe in the area of article-alignment (or the alignment of articles) ???

1-- Use the raised walkway which has been constructed over the busy street.

2-- I'm not sure what this means, Believer, but it is certainly a motley selection of venues.  Perhaps something like this:
