actually it is very good to hear, that also german words sometimes make it into the english language!
usually it is the other way around, and especially the younger generation uses a lot english vocabulary

for "uber" which most likely means something like über i first thought of an old song from reinhard mey "Über den Wolken"
and that means "above the clouds"

so...I remember Uber tracker in Ice Age... I think it refers to a dog breed, Schwiesshunde, a dog that tracks preys.

I found it used to discribe hippies. If they are really eco-friendly and all, they refer to themselves as uber-crunchy.

I always use the word uber. like someone is uber smart, or uber cool. Im from southern california, so i use alot of weird words

omg this sounds like you are a guy from the 60s ^.^

nobody from germany use nowadays "über" as a word like that. 

You can say "Ich gehe über die Straße." ->  "I walk across the street/I walk over the street."

it means alot, super or big.. For example, " I have a uber head ach" or " dude that is uber gay"
