Or how much does it cost to get me off the wrap!! Crazy things happen when money enters the picture. Anyone can be bought. I think money controls part of that system.

It's not only an American problem. I guess that when someone has enough money, he/she can hire the best posible attorney there is.

He will find a way through all those laws to clear the problem and set him/her free.

I think society has ceded legislative tasks to activist judges. Rather than refering to the constitution as a historical document and interpreting what the framers had meant, current judges often use the 'living document' method to interpret the constitution. Meaning that the constitution is interpreted now in light of the present-day cultural norms or the particular bias of the judge(s). So we now have judge-made law usurping legislation. Legislation that was supposed to represent the will of the people for the greater public good.
