Yes, I don't know what's going on with Savvy lately... She doesn't sound like her perky self anymore... I suspect she's suffering a heartbreak at the moment, although she's proud and tough and won't allow herself to talk about it... We need to throw a party to cheer her up !

My online shrink Waiti,

I have mixed emotions these days....On one side I'm happy that I'll be meeting new exciting people (well, men of course) and on the other side, I'm sad to let go of my guinea pigs, doggie and my fights with youSad [:(] The latter is truly heartbreaking

Savvy,
Don't worry about the latter... Wherever you are, as long as you can access the Net and englishforum.com, then I don't see any reason why I wouldn't keep pestering you... Isn't it truly heart-warming to know I'll always be there for you ?
More seriously...Are you about to move abroad and take up this brain surgeon / neuroscientist / psychoanalyst curriculum of your dreams (please cross out as appropriate) ? Will it be your first year studying in a foreign country ? Sounds like an exciting endeavour !

Funny, the very same person who refuses to 'strip himself in a public forum' tries to extract information from anotherHuh? [:^)] Yes i'm going abroad to study neuroscience in a country thats foreign to me.Smile [:)]

(Good God, me and brain surgeon...Smile [:)])

Savvy... Yes indeed... I'm a big fan of contradiction and I live by it... It's not everyone that has been gifted with a consistent personality... Please allow some of us their schizoid traits and show some compassion here... Besides you'll be glad that I keep cultivating my brain symptoms so that you have a live case to study by the end of your neuroscience course... Mind you though : I won't stand to be petted like this (real) guinea pig of yours you're about to cut loose of...

It's too dangerous to pet humans with inconsistent personalities...Wink [;)]

Anyway, you were organising a perky party for my heartbreaks...I'll make a stop in France en route to the next place so you better keep me informed on the venue/time/place/dateBig Smile [:D]

And needless to say, you will take care of all the expensesSmile [:)]

Savvy ma chère,
Don't make promises you couldn't keep... Why don't you book a trip with a connection in -say- Geneva then ?... I can arrange for a meeting and partying there... Even better would be Lyon... And how about sometime around Halloween, does it fit with your agenda ?

France is a beautiful country and Paris in particular has so much to offer.I love the walks. music shows and the exquisite food. Waiti London is full of French people as is France with English people. They obviously enjoy eachother. Why so negative?
