I was looking for different views as to what the possible meanings of this statement could be. If different meanings are possible with the words used according to their dictionary definition.
“How does it feel, that you will never understand this book?”

Tell me what you feel considering the fact that you are not intelligent enough to understand what is written in this book.
Do you feel stupid not knowing what this book is about? Are you frustated not being able to understand this book?
Basically this sentence could be used to make someone feel bad about the fact that he/she did not or could not read a certain book. Maybe the other person is trying to make him/herself feel superior by putting the other person down.
