China simply tries to distract its own population from the terrible toxic tyrannical mess they are in by pointing the finger at Japan, a country which gives millions of dollars in aid money (to China). If the Chinese people weren't so gullibly distracted, they would see the terrible mess their own country is in. The tactic of distraction is often used by oppressive regimes, but I guess Chinese people don't know it, because any reference to such things is completely and utterly censored. Wake up lovely Chinese people, and others who have the wool pulled over their eyes, and stop being suckered as pawns. Focus on the REAL problems in the world.

It would be madness for anyone to go to war in this age. Let us hope people mature and reconcile.

It would be madness for either side to contemplate war. Thank God for rational people.

They both need to sit down and have a heart to heart talk instead of being a cry baby over what happened in WWII and/or before that. Also, they both need to learn world domination is impossible. Don't even think about it. ![Big Smile [:D]](/emoticons/emotion-2.gif)

Yeah, China's in a real mess, it's only growing at about 11% each year... And it's in this other huge mess too, the gap between rich and poor is just too big.... OH WAIT it's almost equal to the gap between the rich and poor in America. Would you like to elaborate on what "terrible toxic tyrannical mess" means? Something as heinous as the Patriot Act, perhaps?

lol... Hey, just because I had some criticism of China doesn't mean I have none for the U.S.. China might be IN a terrible toxic tyranical mess, but the U.S. IS one! As to defining what a terrible toxic tyranical mess is, I would simply suggest you cast your eyes Stateside. I stand by my comments about censorship, and would just like to add that U.S. companies such as Microsoft, Yahoo, and Google are complicit.

All this is true, but you still can't deny that China really IS growing at rapid rates, and she's not going to make the same mistakes that Russia did (with the command-to-free-market thing, I mean). I wonder what your thoughts on Cuba are?

Once talking about the relationship between China and Japan, we have to touch the history that Japan invaded into China and other Asian countries in 1940s. I think majority of Korean and Chinese people can't forget this period of history easily. What the Japanese have imposed on us? Slaughters, toxic germinas, slaveries and rapes. These words flow upon me when we talk about Japan. The history can't be easily erased. It is well known that Japanese invasion brings tortures to Asian population. At the same time, Asian countries haven't received the public apologize from the Japanes government. What does our Chinese need. We are calling for Japan to confess the fact of their invasion. Do you think it is a request that is beyound of approach.
I admit that the comunistic China is not perfect. There still plenty of stff which abuse the human right. However, are you sure there are no these kind of things even in the advanced USA. Every time when watching the film about the racism in USA, I am astonished. Does the censorship exsist only in China? We should memorize there is no absolute freedom. As a Chinese, I hope my home country is a democratic and rich people although we have a long we to go to approach this aim. We should perceive that China is becoming better and better. I am optimistic that China will be more democratic and richer.
