Russia is a Great Country with the wrong rulers and the wrong people in power. While the Soviet Union was still around, we never lost to anyone. Throughout history its been like this for us. Of course, like every Country we do not remain undefeated. We lost a great deal of people, and so did the opposing sides. Thank us for ending World War 2, otherwise all of us would be Germans.  The Soviet System was better for us, this Capitalism is different and said to have "freedom." We had more freedom when the Soviet Union exsisted instead of now. The World revolves around Us, and not others. Our language is the most precise, with the most accurate spelling. Instead of take English for example. I would not spell some of these words like they are spelled.

What I meant by saying what I said was, when we were ruled by one Party -- the Leader had the Power, but we made the decisions. It's not how you think it is in a Capitalist Government. We did not lick the boots of our leader as you may be thinking. 20 Years Ago, Gorbachev or however it is in English, destroyed us. From the moment when he stepped into office, in 1986, we began falling towards corruption -- Capitalism in other words. I dont think you are from Russia Ruslana, otherwise you would not be asking me such questions. Everyone here thinks what Gorbachev did is wrong, and he got a Nobel Prize for it. Our Government is corrupted now, its based on two basic principles:

1. "Business"
2. Stealing Money.

Just like in the United States. Where you say you live in complete freedom and yet you are governed by laws limiting your freedom. We had no laws governing our freedom. We lived with more freedom then we do now. Life was great, but thats all gone. Anyways, someone here said Russians are ignorant and mean people. I agree with you, because I am that type of person. I find it impossible to make fun of us about anything, we are the Superior Race. Read about our history, we hardly lost at anything. We are the World's Leading Weapons and Weapons of Mass Destruction providing Country. You can not compare anything "American" made to Russian made. Our's is simply better in every way. Compare the Soviet made AK-47 to the M16, and the 3 revisions the M16 had which were all made way after the AK and still cannot come close to competing with our weapon. But that is another conversation, and I can tell most people here would not understand what the difference between them was if I posted the actual statistics here.

Now, I have lived here in the United States for quite a long time, if it was not for a few idiots who came to power and changed everything with "перестройка," "perestroika" [Reconstruction] according to Gorbachev, I would have not left my homeland. When Gorbachev spoke about Reconstruction, Destruction is the only thing that resulted. Our Economy is on the way up, our debts have been paid off.

Long time over here is right. Too long. I have lived in the USSR not nearly as long. I continue to live in the USA hoping that the economy will greatly rise over there.
