I'm writing this essay concerning international human rights abuses and I don't want to have to keep using the phrase 'bringing justice to' but I want to know if there are any other words that mean the same thing as in giving victims a sense of resolve and the perpetrators punishments.

The perpetrators must be brought to justice.
The perpetrators must face the consequences of their actions.
The perpetrators must face the full penalty of the law.
Justice must be done.
The rule of law must be upheld.
The victims must get redress through the court system.
The legal system must bring the matter to resolution.
