My cousin from US passed away. What is the best way to say sorry to her family. What should we write. We didn't know her well. We met just once.
Thanks a lot
PS when someone die or when someone died
YoHf:When someone dies... I'm really sorry for your loss islander; unfortunatly I haven't got a clue about what you could write them, since I've never experienced the loss of someone of my family yet...
You could say:
"I was very sorry to hear about Y. My condolences to you and your family."
Is this also ok: We are so sorry to hear about Jane. Please accept our condolences.
IslanderThank you MrPedantic and YoHf. Is this also ok: We are so sorry to hear about Jane. Please accept our condolences. RegardsYes, that's fine; though "We were so sorry..." might be more usual.
Anonymous:what to say on the occasion of the birht of a new baby??
