Hello,
My cousin from US passed away. What is the best way to say sorry to her family. What should we write. We didn't know her well. We met just once.

When someone dies... I'm really sorry for your loss islander; unfortunatly I haven't got a clue about what you could write them, since I've never experienced the loss of someone of my family yet... Emotion: sad

Yes, that's fine; though "We were so sorry..." might be more usual.
