I'm looking for a word, or preferably many words so I can choose :-), that describes the following:

A person that changed some psychological thoughts in his mind, has started to think different, and because of it behaves different. An example might be where a person has gained confidence and starts behaving more confident in some situations.

Any ideas about it?

Thanks,
Koen

He has changed? matured? evolved? gained in self-assuredness?

And what about the whole situation? Like a revolution.

Yes. A metamorphosis?

Could it be a mutation?

1. His outlook has changed.
2. He has changed his way of thinking.
3. His perception has changed.
4. His attitude is different.
5. He  has changed his ideas.

None of the above indicate a change of behavior except for perhaps 4.
