My boss requests me to ask the sales agent to get a very best quotation, but I believe the agent has already given us their best price.  How should I negotiate the very best quotation from the agent?

Thanks!

Dear DumpEng, you will have to know how to negotiate and write that down. Than post your letter here to help you correct your quotation letter Wink [;)]

I do not know what is all about but you could try to ask them to send you another quotation for more quantities of whatever you are buying and after revert back to them and tell them that your boss decided for now to go with quantities of first request and you would like them to send you final quote with better price, if possible...does it make any sense Smile [:)]

I am ready to be criticised. Just do it and I will appreciate it!
