it is a shipment of goods called PET BOTTLES FILLING LINE.

I cannot figure out what it is from the words.

It's probably a set of equipment for filling bottles made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate)- in other words, a packaging line.

Filling lines are filling equipment to fill liquids/juices into bottles.

Vincent, I am not even sure it is a product-- bottles also have an established 'filling line': that is, a line to indicate the height to which the bottle should be filled by the product manufacturer.

Any more context?
