In informal (and even formal) speech, it is acceptable.  I wouldn't write it, however, except as a quote from a character in a story.  "does" is not technically included in our list of contractions, except with 'not' > doesn't.

I agree with Philip, you can hear it, but it's not grammatically correct. " 's" is not an accepted contraction for "does".
